Buildings, Grounds, and Finance

This committee oversees and reviews initiatives dealing with the physical plant and operations of the District. The District Administrator supports and assists in the coordination of this committee. 

The Buildings, Grounds, and Finance Committee is charged with decision-making related to:

  • Short-term routine maintenance plans

  • Long-range planning for the care of all district buildings and sites

  • Transportation

  • Safety plans

  • Budget planning

  • Service contracts

  • Long-term financial budgeting

  • Cash management

  • All other buildings, grounds, and financial issues in the District
