SeeSaw for Manawa Elementary
We are bringing SeeSaw to the Manawa Elementary families. SeeSaw is an app for sharing information between teachers, students, and parents. Teachers can post assignments for your students to complete. As the parent, you can see your student's work and comments.
The video below is a tour of the SeeSaw app. Each student will bring home a sheet of paper with a Home Learning Code. Scan this home learning code from the SeeSaw app to view your student's work. You can also login from a computer.
Additional information for families can be found on the SeeSaw for Families website.
Chromebook 1:1 Program
The School District of Manawa provides each student grade 6 and above with a Chromebook device for school use. Grades 1-5 have access to carts with Chromebook devices.
Approved Online Services
These online services have been reviewed for student use. When reviewing services we consider the impact on student privacy and safety. A service will be in one of four categories:
Parking Lot: We have not completed our review of the service.
Green Light: The online service is fully approved for student use.
Yellow Light: The online service is allowed with specific limitations.
Red Light: The online service may not be used with students.
Staff are asked to submit a help desk ticket to have a service reviewed and included on the list before allowing students to create accounts or sharing private information.
